India to be a major hub for iPhone manufacturing📱
India is set to emerge as a major hub for iPhone manufacturing as US smartphone giant Apple looks to diversify production units outside China.
According to industry executives, manufacturing in India for the Cupertino-based major is set to rise sharply as the company's three contract manufacturers - Foxconn, Pegatron and Wistron - ramp up production and subsequently exports.
Apple has been gradually working towards moving a larger pie of iPhone manufacturing to India amid geopolitical tensions between China and the US.
Foxconn's plant in Zhengzhou, China is the largest manufacturing unit for iPhones in the world.
Good Glamm Group picks up 51% stake in Twinkle Khanna's Tweak💁🏻♀️
Content-to-commerce company Good Glamm Group has acquired a 51% stake in Twinkle Khanna-founded digital media company Tweak India in a cash and stock deal.
While the company did not disclose the size of the deal, it said Tweak India will function under Good Glamm Group's unit Good Media Co, and Twinkle Khanna will remain CEO of Tweak India and will also become a shareholder of the Good Glamm Group.
This is Good Glamm Group's 12th acquisition in two years. The company acquired online content platform POPxo in 2020 and made another 10 acquisitions in 2021.
The acquisition of Tweak India, which is a female-focused multimedia platform across text, video, podcasts, radio, and events, with a focus on wellness, beauty, and an eco-friendly lifestyle, has been made with an aim of getting deeper access to the tier-1 demography, the company said.

Razorpay allows merchants to accept credit card payments via UPI💳
Fintech unicorn Razorpay has announced an industry-first move to enable merchants to accept credit card transactions on a unified payments interface (UPI), as the digital payments landscape witnesses stupendous growth.
With RuPay credit cards being enabled on UPI, Razorpay merchants can begin accepting credit card payments on UPI, with minimal changes to their existing setup.
The company said that move is made possible in partnership with Axis bank, which shares Razorpay's focus on catering to the ever-evolving needs of merchants and delivering greater convenience.
