Engrail Therapeutics, a clinical-stage company developing therapies against central nervous system (CNS) disorders has raised $157 million in Series B financing round co-led by healthcare-focused venture capital firms F-Prime Capital, Forbion, and growth equity investor Norwest Venture Partners.
Audio series platform Pocket FM has scooped up $103 million in its Series D round led by Lightspeed, and with participation from Stepstone Group.
Wearable tech startup Ultrahuman has raised $35 million in a mix of debt and equity in its Series B round from Blume Ventures, Steadview Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and Alpha Wave.
Content-to-commerce company The Good Glamm Group has raised Rs 245.5 crore (approximately $30 million) in a bridge round from the existing investors via the right issue. Warburg Pincus led the round with participation from Prosus, Bessemer India, and Accel Partners.
Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods has raised an additional $25 million in its Series D round from Three State Ventures, a fund launched by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal.
Jumbotail, B2B marketplace and retail platform for food and grocery, has raised Rs 151 crore ($18.2 million) in a Series C3 round led by Artal Asia Pte. Ltd. Heron Rock, Sabre Investment, Arkam Ventures, Jarvis Reserve Fund, Reaction Global, VII Ventures and others.
Dvara Kshetriya Gramin Financials, an NBFC operating in remote rural parts of India, has raised $14.4 million through listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) from Impact Investment Exchange (IIX).
MSME-focused lending-tech startup Optimo Loan has raised $10 million in its seed round led by Blume and Omnivore, with additional contribution from Optimo’s founder, Prashant Pitti.
Data collaboration software provider Atlan has raised $6.5 million from WaterBridge Ventures.
Bottled water brand Clear Premium Water has raised rs 45 crore ($5.4 million) in a new round from JM Financial Private Equity.
Gaming startup Liquidnitro Games has raised $5.25 million in its seed round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from angel investors from the US, Canada, EU, and India.
Boutique hotels Brij Hotels has picked up $4 million in Series A round co-led by the Manipal Education & Medical Group (MEMG) Family Office.
