Funding Deals
Housing finance company Altum Credo has scooped up $40 million in its Series C funding round led by Z3Partners and Oikocredit.
B2B procurement marketplace ProcMart has raised $30 million in a Series B funding round led by Fundamentum and Edelweiss Discovery Fund.
Bengaluru-based aerospace components manufacturer JJG Aero has raised $12 million (approximately Rs 100 crore) from CX Partners.
Consumer lending app RING has raised Rs 100 crore in venture debt from Trifecta Capital.
Former Unacademy chief operating officer Vivek Sinha announced the launch of a new venture, Beyond Odds Technologies, with a seed funding of $11 million in a mix of equity and debt. The funding round was led by Matrix Partners India and Lightspeed India.
Uniqus Consultech, a tech-enabled global consulting firm focused on ESG and Climate and Accounting Advisory, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Nexus Venture Partners led the funding round with participation from Sorin Investments.
Quick service restaurant chain Wow! Momo has raised Rs 70 crore (approximately $9 million) in an extended Series D round from Z3 Partners.
LightFury Games, a gaming startup has secured $8.5 million in a seed funding round led by Blume Ventures, Mixi and Gemba Capital. Other investors such as Cred founder Kunal Shah and Unacademy CEO Gaurav Munjal also participated in the round.
Digital lending platform RupeeRedee’s NBFC arm FincFriends has raised $7.8 Mn, in a mix of debt and equity, in a strategic round led by InCred Finance and Grow Money Capital.
ClickPost, a logistics intelligence platform for online retailers, has raised $6 million in a funding round led by early-stage venture capital firms Inflexor Ventures partners and Athera Venture Partners.
ClaimBuddy, a health insurance claim assistance platform, has officially announced that it raised $5 million in Series A round led by Bharat Innovation Fund. The round also saw participation from Japanese fund CAC Capital, and existing investors including Chiratae Ventures and Rebright Partners.
Quick service burger chain Good Flippin’ Burgers has raised Rs 30 crore (approximately $3.6 million) in an extended Series A round from its existing investor Tanglin Venture Partners.
