Funding Deals
A provider of contextual codeless AI (artificial intelligence) infrastructure startup Pixis (formerly Pyxis One) has raised $85 million in its Series C1 funding round. The round was led by Touring Capital and brings the company's capital raised to $209 million.
Audio content platform Kuku FM has scooped up $25 million in its Series C round co-led by The Fundamentum Partnership and International Finance Corporation (IFC), with participation from Vertex Ventures.
Social gaming and live-streaming platform Eloelo has raised $22 million in a pre-Series B round.
Online visa application platform Atlys has raised $12 million in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India).
Digital identity creator for frequent shoppers Flash has raised $6.7 million in a pre-Series A investment round led by Blume Ventures and existing investor PeerCapital.
An MSME-focused financial institution Seeds Fincap has raised Rs 50 crore or $6 million in its Series A1 round from Lok Capital, of which the first tranche of Rs 32 crore has been closed.
A direct-to-consumer brand, The Good Bug, focused on gut health, has secured $3.5 million in Series A funding, led by Fireside Ventures, an early-stage consumer sector-focused venture capital fund.
Equity and shareholder management platform EquityList has raised $2.2 million in seed funding from AngelList India, Hustle Fund, Republic, Unpopular Ventures, Mana Ventures, Riverwalk Holdings, and Super Capital.
Offline, a private members’ community for tech founders and CEOs for India, has raised $2 million from a clutch of angel investors including Groww’s Lalit Keshre, Razorpay’s Harshil Mathur and Shashank Kumar, Xiaomi’s Hong Feng and Alvin Tse, Ultrahuman cofounders Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, in addition to cofounders of startups such as Shiprocket, Polygon, Park+, Fashinza, GoKwik, Mosaic Wellness and others.
