Funding Deals
SaaS-based digital adoption solution provider Whatfix has scooped nearly $100 million in primary and secondary funding led by Sweet Nectar Investments (Warburg Pincus) and SoftBank.
Application programming interface (API) infrastructure platform M2P Fintech (formerly Yap) has raised Rs 417.5 crore ($50 million) from new investor Taj Investment Holdings.
Employee healthcare platform Onsurity has concluded its $45 million Series B round led by private equity fund Creaegis. The round also saw participation from existing investors, including International Finance Corporation, Quona Capital and Nexus Venture Partners.
Omnichannel diagnostics service provider Redcliffe Labs has raised $42 million in a Series C funding round led by Denmark-based investment firm IFU, which contributed $20 million. Existing investor LeapFrog added $15 million, while the remaining capital came from shareholders HealthQuad and Spark Growth Ventures.
Mobility startup Everest Fleet has raised Rs 251.7 crore (approximately $30 million) in its Series C round from global ride-hailing giant Uber.
Microlending platform Aye Finance has raised Rs 250 crore ($30 million) in a Series G round led by Singapore’s ABC Impact.
Hyperlocal news platform Way2News has raised $14 million in a new round of funding led by existing investor WestBridge Capital, with participation from venture capitalist Sashi Reddi, founder of US-based software testing company AppLabs.
Fintech startup Kaleidofin has raised $13.8 million in a new round led by Rabo Partnerships B.V. Existing backers Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Oikocredit, Omidyar Network India and Flourish have also participated in the round.
Direct to Consumer (D2C) tech accessories and lifestyle brand DailyObjects has raised Rs 86 crore (more than $10 million) in a new funding round from 360 One Ventures.
California-and Bengaluru-based data infrastructure startup e6data has raised $10 million in a new round of funding led by venture capital firm Accel, with participation from Beenext and others.
Blue collar recruitment platform Vahan.ai has raised $10 million in its Series B funding round led by Khosla Ventures. The round also saw participation from Y Combinator, US-based VC firm Gaingels, and Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma.
