Funding Deals
Perfios, a B2B SaaS fintech startup, has raised $229 million in Series D funding round from private equity investor Kedaara Capital through the combination of primary fundraise and a secondary sale.
Leads Connect, a full-stack agritech startup, has raised Rs 500 crore ($60.2 million) from FMCG company BL Agro Industries Ltd.
India Resurgence Fund (IndiaRF), an India-focused investment platform, has invested Rs 525 crore in Ivy Health and Life Sciences Pvt Ltd (Ivy). Following the investment, IndiaRF has become the majority shareholder of Ivy.
Kale Logistics has raised $30 million in a Series B funding round led by the private equity fund, Creaegis Advisors.
Paris-based omnichannel eyewear brand Le Petit Lunetier has raised $4 million led by Neso Brands which is a subsidiary of eyewear firm Lenskart.
Hygiene and wellness brand Pee Safe has partially closed its Series B round. The company has announced that it received $3 million out of the total round size of $6 million.
HotelYaari, a platform specializing in fractional ownership of holiday homes and hotel suites, has successfully raised $2.17 million (approximately Rs 18 crore) in seed funding from Alios Ventures.
Bengaluru-based astrology SaaS startup Melooha has raised $635K in an angel funding round led by US-based Streak Ventures LLC and a group of angel investors.
