Funding Deals
Electric bicycle maker EMotorad raised Rs 164 crore in a funding round led by growth-stage venture capital firm Panthera Growth Partners. The funding round also saw participation from startup scaling firm xto10x, venture debt fund Alteria Capital, and existing investor Green Frontier Capital.
Omnichannel payment solutions provider PhiCommerce has raised $10 million as part of its Series A1 round led by BEENEXT with participation from Opus Ventures.
TV Mohandas Pai's Aarin Capital-backed UC Inclusive Credit (UCIC) has raised $8 million in equity from Singapore-originated Insitor Partners as it plans to expand its business of financing to startups.
Innovist, the parent company of consumer brands such as Bare Anatomy and Chemist at Play, has raised $7 million in a Series A funding round led by Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund.
Fintech startup GrowXCD Finance has secured Rs 50 crore ($6 million) in a Series A funding round led by Lok Capital, of which the first tranche of Rs 30 crore has been closed.
Gurgaon-based health-tech startup Zyla Health has raised $4 million in its Series A funding round led by Exfinity Venture Partners.
Cross-border logistics firm ShipGlobal has raised $2.5 million in funding from early-stage venture capital firm Info Edge Ventures.
Elivaas, a tech-driven villa and luxury apartment management company, has raised $2.5 million in its seed round led by Peak XV Partnersโ Surge.
