Funding Deals
Keychain, a manufacturing platform for the packaged goods industry has raised $18 million in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Online cake delivery startup Bakingo has raised $16 million in its first round of growth capital from private equity firm Faering Capital.
Consumer lending and payments startup, Slice (GIPL) has raised Rs 75 crore or $9 million in debt from Stride Ventures.
Medical technology startup Inito has raised $6 million in a Series A round led by Fireside Ventures.
Sharechat co-founders Farid Ahsan and Bhanu Singh, who left the social media firm in January this year, have raised $3 million in seed funding for their new startup General Autonomy. Venture capital firms India Quotient and Elevation Capital have led the round.
CENTA, a teacher accreditation platform, has raised $1 million from angel investors such as Leo Puri, Pankaj Sahni, Bahram Vakil and Nikhil Mohta.ย
Breathe ESG, a startup offering enterprise SaaS solutions for sustainability management has raised $315,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by 100X.VC.
Direct-to-consumer brand Happy Nature has raised $300,000 in a pre-Series A round led by Inflection Point Ventures.
Gurugram-based plus-size innerwear and comfort clothing startup Happie Curves has raised an angel funding of Rs 20 lakh from two startup founders-cum-angel investors โ Rikant Pittie of EaseMyTrip and Aparna Thyagarajan Of Shobhitam Inc.ย
Full-stack agritech marketplace DeHaat has entered into a business transfer agreement (BTA) with Freshtrop Fruits Limited to absorb the Ahmedabad-based firmโs export network and grading, packing, and precooling centers as well as manpower.
