Funding Deals
E-commerce-focused logistics company Xpressbees has raised $80 million in its Series G round from Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG).
Mumbai-based quick commerce startup Zepto has raised another $31 million in an extended funding round from existing investors StepStone Group and Goodwater Capital.
Three-wheeler electric vehicle manufacturer Euler Motors has raised Rs 120 crore (approximately $14.5 million) in an extended Series C round co-led by British International Investment (BII) and Blume Ventures.
Bharat Housing Network, a tech platform for co-lending in affordable housing, has raised Rs 125 crore (approximately $14.5 million) in its Series A round led by Nabventures Fund with participation from Varanium NexGen Fund, 9Unicorns, Riverwalk Holdings, and SMK Ventures.
Snaptrude, a software company that provides designs for building projects, said that Foundamental VC and Accel had led a $14 million Series A fundraising round for the company.
Cybersecurity firm Sequretek has secured $8 million in a Series A round led by Omidyar Network India along with participation from Narottam Sekhsaria Family Office and Alteria Capital.
Car service and repair firm GoMechanic, which was acquired by Lifelong Group’s Servizzy seven months ago following financial irregularities, has secured $6 million in fresh capital. Its existing shareholders include Stride Ventures and Delhi-based Lifelong India Pvt Ltd.
Hearing Solutions, which operates the audiology chain Hearzap, has raised Rs 50 crore funding round led by 360 One Asset Management.
Vaaree, a home furnishings, decor, and accessories marketplace, has raised $4 million in seed funding led by Surge, Peak XV Partners’ rapid scale-up program. The round also saw participation from PeerCapital, All In Capital, and Better Capital.
Bimaplan, an insurtech startup has secured $3.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round spearheaded by Orios Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Finsight Ventures and 2am VC.
Quickwork, a no-code automation and API integration platform, has raised $2.5 million in its pre-Series A round led by DMI Alternative Investment Fund – The Sparkle Fund, and NIS Ventures Group.
LivSYT, a construction management software provider has raised $2.5 million in a seed round of funding from Silicon Valley Quad and Inventus Capital.
