Digital lending platform mPokket has raised Rs 500 crore (approximately $60 million) in debt capital from the private credit platform of BPEA Credit, the credit arm of Baring Private Equity Asia.
Identity verification startup IDfy has raised $27 million in a mix of primary and secondary fundraise from Elev8, KB Investment, and Tenacity Ventures.
The Ayurveda Experience (TAE), a direct-to-consumer company focused on Ayurvedic beauty and health products, raised $27 million in a funding round led by Singapore-based venture investment firm Jungle Ventures.
Social media startup Hunch has raised $26 million in a funding round led by Alpha Wave and Hashed Emergent.
Enterprise-grade generative AI startup, Ema has raised $25 million in funding led by Accel, Section 32, and Prosus Ventures.
Rural commerce startup Rozana has raised $22.5 million led by Bertelsmann India Investments (BII) with participation from Fireside Ventures and existing investors.
Information Technology major HCL Group has invested Rs 166 crore to acquire a minority stake in education software company Educational Initiatives (Ei).
Contract manufacturing startup Zetwerk has raised $20 million (about Rs 166 crore) in fresh investments from venture debt and private equity firm Wheelhouse Venture Capital.
D2C skincare brand Foxtale has raised Rs 119.5 crore (approximately $14 million) in a new round from Panthera Growth Partners (PGP), Matrix Partners, and Kae Capital.
B2B construction tech startup BRKZ has raised $8 million in its Series A round co-led by 9900 and BECO Capital, with participation from Aramco’s Wa’ed Ventures, Knollwood Investment Advisory, RZM Investment and MISY Ventures.
Business tools provider for the creator economy, Exly has raised $6.2 million in a fresh round of funding led by Chiratae Ventures.
Wealth tech platform Vijya Fintech Private Limited (VFPL) has raised Rs 7 crore in an angel round bringing the total investment in the company to Rs 15 crore.
AI startup Dubpro.ai has raised $500k in its seed round from Venture Catalysts. Anicut Capital, 9Unicorns, and JJFO, and FirstCheque also participated in the round.
