Funding Deals
Pet food brand Drools has raised $60 million in funding from private equity firm L Catterton at a valuation of $600 million. This is one of the largest investments to date in the pet care industry in India.
Spacetech startup Digantara has raised $10 million in Series A1 funding led by Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India) and Kalaari Capital.
Eye care hospital chain Eye Mantra, which specializes in Lasik and cataract treatments, has secured an investment of $10 million from MantraCare.
Burger chain Good Flippin’ Burgers has raised $4 million in a Series A round led by Tanglin Venture Partners.
B2B managed marketplace The Yarn Bazaar has raised Rs 15 crore in a pre-Series A round led by the Rajiv Dadlani Group and Equanimity Ventures.
Proptech startup Crib has raised Rs 15 crore in its Seed round co-led by We Founder Circle and Rebright Partners.
