Funding Deals
Quadria Capital, one of Asia’s largest healthcare-focussed private equity firms, has announced an investment of up to ₹1,300 crore in Maxivision Eye Hospital, which runs a network of eye care clinics.
LetsTransport, a trucking aggregator for enterprises, has raised $25 million in a new funding round led by Bertelsmann and others.
Zluri, a tech startup focused on SaaS management, has raised $20 million in a Series B funding round led by Lightspeed, with participation from existing investors including MassMutual Ventures, Endiya Partners, and Kalaari Capital.
Smartphone retail chain SmartDukaan has raised $10 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Findoc Finvest Pvt. Ltd.
Fintech company Efficient Capital Labs (ECL) has raised $7 million in pre-Series A round led by QED Investors along with participation from existing investor 645 Ventures and new investors The Fund, Lorimer Ventures, Riverside Ventures and Generalist.
Direct-to-consumer personal care brand Clensta International has raised Rs 75 crore in its pre-Series funding led by TradeCred and the Royal Family of the UAE. Actor Parineeti Chopra has joined the company as an investor, partner, and brand ambassador.
Digital health platform Fold Health has raised an additional $6 million in a funding round led by Iron Pillar.
Shardeum, an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-based sharded blockchain, has raised $5.4 million in a strategic round from Amber Group, Galxe, J17 Capital, TRGC, Jsquare, Bware Labs, Tané Labs, Hyperithm Group, Luganodes, Blockchain Ventures Hub, CryptoViet Ventures, and Blue7.
EV smart battery manufacturer Neuron Energy has raised Rs 20 crore in its pre-Series A Round led by Equanimity Investments and the Rajiv Dadlani Group.
Supply chain tech solutions company Adcount Technologies, which runs SupplyNote, has picked up $2.25 million in its Series A round co-led by Venture Catalysts and Artesian.
