Global lifestyle direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand DailyObjects has raised $2 million in funding from early-stage venture capital firm Roots Ventures.
Fintech startup Swipe has raised $2 million in seed round from Y Combinator, Cred's Kunal Shah, GFC and over 25 other prominent angels.
Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Altigreen has raised Rs 300 crore ($ 40 million) in a fresh funding round led by Sixth Sense Ventures, along with Reliance New Energy.
Runo, a new age call management CRM has raised $500,000 in a funding round led by Unicorn India Ventures.
Mamaearth, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) startup, has acquired Mumbai-based BBlunt from Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) for about Rs 134 crore.
Speciality healthcare delivery platform Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), backed by private equity player TPG Growth, has raised $170 million from Singapore-based sovereign wealth fund GIC.
SaaS startup BiteSpeed has raised $1.9 million in a seed funding round led by Sequoia India's Surge, First Cheque and Whiteboard Capital.
Debt marketplace CredAvenue has made its first acquisition by picking up a majority stake in the digital debt collection platform — Spocto Solutions.
5ire, a fifth-generation blockchain network, announced it has secured a $100 million capital commitment from GEM Global Yield LLC SCS (GGY), as it seeks to file for an IPO.
Join Ventures, a direct-to-consumer firm with brands as such as IGP, Interflora and Masqa, has raised $10 million (Rs 75 crore) in Series A round funding led by DSG Consumer Partners, Rajiv Dadlani Group, 9Unicorns and Venture Catalysts.
Insurtech startup Kenko Health has raised $12 million as part of its Series A round, led by Sequoia Capital India.
Edtech platform Eupheus Learning has acquired SaaS-based startup SchoolMitra for an undisclosed amount.
E-commerce marketplace SustainKart has acquired homecare brand, FromVedas for an undisclosed sum.
Healthtech startup Goqii has raised $50 million (Rs 375 crore) in a funding round led by Sumeru Ventures.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has participated in an $80 million funding round in Lummo, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that helps small companies get online.
Vernacular learning platform Entri.app has raised $7 million in Series A round of investment led by Omidyar Network India.
Proactive For Her, a digital clinic for women’s outpatient healthcare, has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding led by Vertex Ventures and existing investor Nexus Venture Partners.
Enterprise SaaS platform Actyv.ai has raised $5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round from Dubai-based 1Digi Investment management firm.
Social commerce grocery startup DealShare has raised $45 million from a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as part of a larger round.
Agrim, a business to business (B2B) platform for agri-inputs has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Kalaari Capital.
Ace Green Recycling, a battery recycling technology company, has raised over $7 million in a funding round led by Circulate Capital.
