Funding Deals
Generative AI startup Sarvam AI has announced that it is raising $41 million in a Series A round led by Lightspeed and with participation from Peak XV Partners and Khosla Ventures.
Sleep solution startup The Sleep Company has raised Rs 184 crore (approximately $22 million) in a Series C funding round led by existing investors Premji Invest and Fireside Ventures.
Cloud kitchen company Biryani By Kilo [BBK] has raised $9 million or Rs 72 crore in its Series C round led by Alpha Wave Ventures.
Innovist, the parent company of consumer brands such as Bare Anatomy and Chemist at Play, has raised $7 million in a Series A funding round led by Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund.
Dairy fintech startup Digi Vriddhi Technologies (DGV) has raised Rs 50 crore or about $6 million in a Series A round led by Omidyar Network India. Existing backers Omnivore and InfoEdge Ventures also doubled down in the round.
