Twitter begins testing shopping feature🛒
The "Shop Module" of micro-blogging Twitter's giant enables companies to present their products at the top. It is opened in the app browser, in which the customer can buy without leaving Twitter.
The Shop Module pilot comes as Twitter is exploring ways of making money beyond showing ads.
The pilot is currently only accessible by a few brands, such as GameStop, Arden Cove, and ten others. Twitter did not reveal a timeline for when it might expand to more brands.
BharatPe offers BMW bikes as joining bonus🏍
Domestic fintech firm BharatPe is giving out a unique reward as a joining bonus to IT professionals who are being inducted into the company's tech team. On Thursday, they began rolling out the first batch of BMW bikes.
Digital payment platform is also looking to raise a $350 million round of investment for a valuation of over $2 bn.
BharatPe is giving the option to its new joiners to choose between two different packages - bike package and gadget package. This is not all, BharatPe will send its entire tech team to Dubai to attend the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.
All this effort to acquire young talents from all over India.

Microsoft is in the advanced stages of talks to invest in Oyo. The global technology major will initially buy a small stake, but it has the option to raise ownership later. The size of the investment and the valuation are unclear.
The deal may also involve Oyo shifting to using Microsoft’s cloud services. If the deal materializes, it will be Microsoft’s latest investment in an Indian startup.
