Rapido launches SaaS model for auto services
Ride-hailing platform Rapido launched a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model for auto services on Tuesday. According to cofounder Pavan Guntupalli, the platform will charge auto drivers a daily login fee between Rs 9 and Rs 29. In return, drivers can do unlimited rides based on demand, without paying any commission.
Wipro acquires US insurtech firm Aggne Global for $66 million
Wipro, India’s fourth largest IT services firm, said it will acquire US-based Aggne Global Inc and its Hyderabad-based affiliate Aggne Global IT Services for $66 million in an all-cash deal.
Endiya Partners announces third fund with corpus of up to $125 million
Venture capital fund Endiya Partners is set to launch its third fund with a corpus of Rs 800 to Rs 1,000 crore ($100 to $125 million). The fund – its largest so far – will continue with the same investment thesis as its two earlier offerings and will start deploying in a quarter or 3-4 months from now.
Jeff Bezos sells 24 million Amazon shares worth over $4 billion in 4 trading days
Jeff Bezos has sold 24 million of his Amazon shares. This sale has made him more than $4 billion. It's the first time the Amazon founder sold company shares since 2021, as per Bloomberg. However, the second richest man on earth sold nearly half of it in just four days.

Risk-focused compliance automation platform Scrut Automation has raised Rs 75 crore or $9 million in its series A round from existing investors. The round also saw the participation of Lightspeed Partners, MassMutual Ventures, and Endiya Partners.
Electric vehicle manufacturing startup Tork Motors has raised Rs 50 crore or $6 million from Maxis Capital.
Medical devices startup Noccarc has raised $2 million in a new round led by Indian Angel Network (IAN). The round also saw participation from IIT Kanpur, SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India), and TDB (Technology Development Board).
Skincare brand Conscious Chemist has raised Rs 1 crore in debt capital from Recur Club. The company was featured in Shark Tank India Season – III but did not get any funding from there.
