Netflix secures $5 billion deal to exclusively livestream WWE's Raw
Netflix, the OTT giant, has acquired the rights to exclusively livestream World Wrestling Entertainment's Raw from January 2025. The rights deal over $5 billion will span 10 years, putting Raw on the streaming platform in the US, Canada, Britain, and Latin America.
Byju’s losses at Rs 8,245 crore; evaluate rights issue at as low as $500 million valuation
Byju’s reported operating revenue of Rs 5,014 crore for FY22 while losses swelled 80% to Rs 8,245 crore, as per the regulatory filings. The Byju Raveendran-founded edtech firm has been in talks with existing investors to raise around $100 million through a rights issue, which may value the startup at anywhere between $500 million and $1 billion.
Soon, Rs 10,000-crore plan of supercomputing hub heads to Cabinet: MoS IT
The IT ministry is likely to approach the Cabinet soon, seeking approval for a Rs 10,000 crore scheme to set up supercomputing and quantum computing hubs in public-private partnership (PPP) mode, MoS IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar said on Tuesday.
Swiggy teases select users with Rs 10 platform fee
IPO-bound Swiggy showcased a platform fee of Rs 10 to select users, sharply up from the Rs 3 it currently charges most users, as the food-delivery firm continues to experiment with ways to increase earnings from deliveries.

San Francisco and Bengaluru-based AI startup RagaAI has raised $4.7 million in seed funding led by Pi Ventures. Anorak Ventures, TenOneTen Ventures, Arka Ventures, Mana Ventures, and Exfinity Venture Partners, also participated in the round.
Bengaluru-based gaming startup STAN has raised $2.7 million in its pre-Series A round from new investors such as Aptos Labs, Pix Capital, Maelstrom Fund, GFR Fund and returning investors in General Catalyst. The round also was supported by CoinDCX Ventures, Climber Capital, TDV Partners, and Coinswitch Ventures.
All-in-one stock platform OpiGo has raised Rs 1.4 crore in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Manish Choksi of Asian Paints and Shubham Satyarth of Sharpely.
