Elon Musk to meet PM Modi in India: Report
Tesla chief Elon Musk will visit India this month to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is expected to announce plans to invest and open a new factory in the country, Reuters reported. The billionaire will meet Modi in the week of April 22 in New Delhi, and will separately announce his India plans.
MG Motor India, Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility sign MoU to strengthen EV ecosystem
Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility Limited (ATEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL), and MG Motor India have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen the EV charging infrastructure in India. The collaboration to develop the charging solutions for electric vehicle (EV) and value-added services to MG's EV customers nationwide.
Dehaat joins B2B agrifood companies in launching consumer brand
B2B agricultural market linkage services startup Dehaat covertly entered the consumer brands space about six months ago in a development that was previously unreported but is a significant one in India’s agritech space. Dehaat launched its products in modern trade, quick-commerce, and ecommerce platforms under the brand Honest Farms, which includes 200 stock-keeping units in categories of pulses, rice, and spices.
BJP tops Google ad spends as parties collectively splurge Rs 117 crore since January
Political parties are gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls as they pump in advertising dollars. Data from Google Ads Transparency Centre shows that parties are shelling out nearly Rs 117 crore on the search giant alone. The biggest spender on political ads is the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) which spent Rs 39 crore.
