Mamaearth parent Honasa Consumer revenue up 21% for the March quarter
Honasa Consumer, which owns brands such as Mamaearth, The Derma Co, Dr Sheth’s and Aqualogica, reported a 21% increase in its operating revenue for Q4 FY24. The company’s management expects a growth of over 20% in FY25. Operating revenue for January-March came in at Rs 471 crore, up 21% on year
Go Digit lists on exchanges, gain 12% on the issue price
Go Digit General Insurance Ltd made its stock market debut on Thursday, listing at a 5.15% premium to its issue price of Rs 272 on the National Stock Exchange. On the BSE, the stock opened at a 3.35% premium. Hitting the bourses: The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 314 on the BSE, before closing at Rs 305.75, up 12.4% from its issue price.
Noise acquires AI-focused women’s wellness startup SocialBoat
Electronics wearables brand Noise has acquired an AI-powered women’s wellness platform SocialBoat for an undisclosed amount. SocialBoat’s women's health technology expertise will significantly accelerate Noise's innovation trajectory in the smart rings space.
CashFlo acquires Logitax to expand its finance automation and compliance suite
B2B fintech startup Cashflo has acquired GST compliance platform Logitax for an undisclosed amount. The deal is aimed at strengthening the firm’s accounts payable automation and supply chain financing platform.
Funding Deals
UnifyApps has raised $11 million in its seed round led by Elevation Capital, along with participation from the founders and angel investors.
Digital fitness and wellness technology startup Portl has raised $3 million in a new round led by Bharat Innovation Fund. This round also saw participation from existing investor Kalaari Capital and new investor T-Hub Foundation.
Fintech startup ProsParity has raised $2 million in its pre-seed round from global institutional investors such as BEENEXT, Sparrow Capital, All In Capital, DeVC, and Huddle Ventures.
Honasa Consumer, the parent of beauty and personal care brand Mamaearth, has acquired Cosmogenesis Laboratories, a research and development platform specializing in cosmetics, particularly natural and organic products for Rs 4 crores.
Premium tea brand Freshleaf has raised Rs 1 crore in its seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures.
