Virat Kohli-backed Go Digit debuts at 5% premium over the IPO price
Shares of Go Digit listed on the NSE at a premium of 5.15% on Thursday. The stock debuted at Rs 286 as against the issue price of Rs 272. Meanwhile, on BSE, it listed at Rs 281.1, an upside of 3.35%.
Oyo shelves IPO; private funding may cut value by 74%
SoftBank-backed hospitality company Oravel Stays, the parent company of Oyo Hotels and Homes, has withdrawn the draft prospectus filed with the market regulator for the second time. The company is instead turning to investors for a new round of funding at a valuation of $2.3 billion, down over 74% from its 2021 peak of $9 billion.
Zerodha cofounder Nikhil Kamath invests in Collective Artists Network
Zerodha cofounder Nikhil Kamath has invested in Vijay Subramaniam-led Collective Artists Network (CAN), a talent management agency. This investment, a secondary transaction, facilitates a return of over 5X, via a strategic exit for Naveen Tiwari-founded InMobi’s Glance, which previously invested in Collective in 2021.
Awfis Space Solutions IPO sails through on the first day
The initial public offering of Awfis Space Solutions garnered robust interest from investors, with the issue being subscribed 2.02 times by the end of the first day. The retail segment was particularly active, with subscriptions reaching 6.02 times. Non-institutional investors subscribed 2.76 times, while qualified institutional buyers subscribed 0.30 times.

Financial services platform Navi Finserv has raised Rs 150 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) from six individual investors including top brass of Dadachanji Group.
Bengaluru-based startup NoPo Nanotechnologies has secured $3 million in its pre-Series A co-led by deep tech funds Axilor’s Micelio Fund and Inflexor Ventures. The round was also subscribed by other climate-focused funds Spectrum Impact, Aureolis, and other angel investors.
SuperKalam, an AI-led personal mentor for students preparing for competitive exams, has raised $2 million in its seed round led by Y Combinator and Fundersclub. The round also saw participation from notable investors, including YC Partner Puneet Kumar, GoodWater Capital, Nurture Ventures, SuperCapital, Pareto Ventures, among others.
