Flipkart drops stake purchase plan in Zepto: Report
Ecommerce major Flipkart made an offer to buy a majority stake in quick-commerce startup Zepto but the talks fell through. Flipkart’s on the lookout for an acquisition to bulk up its quick commerce ambitions. After its failed discussions with cash-strapped Dunzo, the ecommerce major held talks with Zepto. But the talks have not materialised and unlikely to be revived.
Swiggy integrates Mall offering with Instamart
Swiggy is integrating its Mall offering, where it was experimenting with selling non-grocery items like footwear, apparel, electronics, and electric appliances, with its headline quick-commerce service Instamart.
Infosys Q4 profit jumps 30% on year to Rs 7,969 crore

Agilitas Sports acquires Lotto licence in India for 40 years
Sportswear and athleisure venture Agilitas Sports, cofounded by former Puma India head Abhishek Ganguly, has acquired Italian shoe brand Lotto's India licence for 40 years at an undisclosed price.

Housing finance company Altum Credo has scooped up $40 million in its Series C funding round led by Z3Partners and Oikocredit. The financing round also saw participation from British International Investment, and existing investors Aavishkaar Capital, Amicus Capital and PS Pai and family.
Uniqus Consultech, a tech-enabled global consulting firm focused on ESG and Climate and Accounting Advisory, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Nexus Venture Partners led the funding round with participation from Sorin Investments.
Quick service burger chain Good Flippin’ Burgers has raised Rs 30 crore (approximately $3.6 million) in an extended Series A round from its existing investor Tanglin Venture Partners.
Includ, a mass premium kidswear brand, has secured $1.5 million in its seed funding round led by Incubate Fund Asia with participation from Escape Velocity, Abhishek Goyal (Co-founder, Tracxn), and IIM Indore Alumni Angel Fund.
Driver assistance startup Sapience Automata has raised Rs 1.75 crore in a Seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures.
