Chingari marks its entry into web3 gaming space with its Game Zone
On Monday, the leading web3 live-streaming app Chingari announced its entry into the web3 gaming space with the launch of ‘Chingari Game Zone’. Built on the Aptos blockchain, Chingari Game Zone will leverage its expertise in social media, entertainment, and blockchain tech to create engaging and interactive gaming experiences for users.
BellaVita founder launches new venture studio Wolfpack Labs
Serial entrepreneur Aakash Anand is launching his venture studio, Wolfpack Labs, and has earmarked Rs 50 crore of his wealth to back early-stage startups in the idea stage. Wolfpack Labs will invest in cheque sizes between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 1 crore on average for an equity shareholding of up to 15%.
BluSmart FY24 revenue jumps to Rs 390 crore
All-electric ride-hailing startup BluSmart exited FY24 with over Rs 390 crore in revenue, from about Rs 160 crore in FY23, said cofounder Punit Goyal. Driving the news: BluSmart has also reached Rs 500 crore in annualised revenue run rate (ARR). The company, founded in 2019, is now aiming to cross Rs 800 crore in revenue in FY25.
Government push to help ONDC get shopfront on ecommerce sites
The government has asked ecommerce majors Amazon and Flipkart to set up Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) storefronts on their home pages to boost the government-backed network’s operations and iron out glitches.

API Holdings, the parent company of online drug dispenser PharmEasy, has raised Rs 1,804 crore ($216 million) led by Ranjan Pai’s Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG) and existing investors.
Home healthcare solution provider Portea Medical has raised around $20 million via rights issue. The capital raise comes amid its efforts to launch an initial public offering (IPO).
Cross-border payments platform BRISKPE has raised $5 million in its seed round from PayU, the payments and fintech business of Prosus.
Assert AI, a computer vision SAAS company, has raised Rs 30 crore ($4 million) in a funding round led by prominent investors including Ramesh Hariharan (ex-CTO and co-founder of LatentView), Prashant Purker (former MD & CEO of ICICI Venture), Arya.ag (integrated grain commerce platform), and select individuals.
