Funding Deals
FanClash, an Indian esports fantasy start-up, has raised $40 million in Series B funding from Matic Networks (Polygon) and existing investors Sequoia Capital India, Falcon Edge and Info Edge India.
FinBox, an embedded finance infrastructure provider, has raised $15 million, led by A91 Partners, Aditya Birla Ventures and Flipkart Ventures and existing investor Arali Ventures.
Vahak, a Bengaluru-based road transport logistics startup, has raised $14 million from Nexus Venture Partners, Fundamental, iSeed Ventures, Leo Capital, RTP Global, & Titan Capital.
Biotech startup Immuneel Therapeutics has raised $15 million in a funding round co-led by Eight Roads Ventures, True North and F-Prime Capital.
Cashify, a seller of used smartphones, has raised $90 million from NewQuest Capital Partners (NewQuest) and Prosus.
Overseas higher-education startup Leap raised $75 million in a funding round led by Owl Ventures, Steadview Capital, Paramark Ventures and a few others.
Tea cafe chain Chaayos has raised $53 million in Series C funding led by Alpha Wave Ventures.
