Poonawalla readies ₹1,000 crore fund for growth-stage firms💰
Adar Poonawalla, chief executive of Serum Institute of India, has sought regulatory approval to establish the Poonawalla Vision Fund to invest in growth-stage companies from its corpus of ₹1,000 crores contributed by his family.
The fund will be sector agnostic and invest in growth-stage unlisted companies across sectors such as green energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and wellness.
In the past, the Poonawalla family office and Adar Poonawalla, in his personal capacity, have invested in companies such as Wellness Forever, Mylab, U Gro Capital, Svasti Microfinance and Wakau Interactive.
Twitter will remove accounts created solely to promote other social platforms🤕
Twitter on Sunday said that it will remove accounts created solely for the purpose of promoting other social platforms and content that contains links or usernames.
The move would impact content from social media platforms like Meta Platforms' Facebook and Instagram, along with Mastodon, Truth Social, Tribel, Nostr and Post while allowing cross-content posting, Twitter support said in a tweet.
The policy change follows other chaotic actions at Twitter since Elon Musk, also the CEO of Tesla bought the social network.

Argentina sealed a third World Cup win – and first since 1986 – for the South American side, shattering France’s dreams of back-to-back triumphs.
